October Intention Setting
Happy October!๐ With only three months left in the year (crazy, I know!) it's time to get intentional about how we want to close out this year. I encourage you to grab a pen and paper (or jot them down in your phone), and ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐๐๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.

Get comfortable saying โnoโ
Begin a daily meditation practice
Unplug at least an hour before bed
Read a new book (and ask your friends to join in!)
Go through your closet and get rid of anything that doesnโt feel like you anymore
Donโt just stop with your closet, go through other areas of your home too
Spend time outside everyday, even if itโs just for a few minutes
Try a new recipe every week using seasonal produce
Take a staycation or day trip to a nearby place you havenโt been to yet
Journal each day even if just a few sentences
