October Intention Setting

Happy October!๐Ÿ‚ With only three months left in the year (crazy, I know!) it's time to get intentional about how we want to close out this year. I encourage you to grab a pen and paper (or jot them down in your phone), and ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.

Feeling stuck? Keep reading to get some inspiration!

  1. Get comfortable saying โ€œnoโ€

  2. Begin a daily meditation practice

  3. Unplug at least an hour before bed

  4. Read a new book (and ask your friends to join in!)

  5. Go through your closet and get rid of anything that doesnโ€™t feel like you anymore

  6. Donโ€™t just stop with your closet, go through other areas of your home too

  7. Spend time outside everyday, even if itโ€™s just for a few minutes

  8. Try a new recipe every week using seasonal produce

  9. Take a staycation or day trip to a nearby place you havenโ€™t been to yet

  10. Journal each day even if just a few sentences
