I’m sure you can agree that how you start your day can make or break the rest of your day. The old saying “woke up on the wrong side of the bed” holds a lot of truth…

Did you know: You can actually retrain your brain to be positive focus on what's going well through gratitude?

Getting into a clear headspace can make it so much easier for you to easily make decisions and problem solve throughout your day, no stress involved. if you wake up in a negative mood you might miss out on some of the beautiful things unfolding right in front of you, but acknowledging the abundance you already have can totally shift that.

It’s a habit you can get into and it doesn’t need to be a big deal. If it feels good, you can write it down first thing, or maybe speak it out loud to a loved one, repeat it in your mind, or share it on social media.

Doing this quick practice in the morning is how you set the foundation for a helpful new habit that allows you to enjoy life even more. And don’t we all want that?
