Do This If You Wanna Eat The Foods You LOVE Without Losing Control

Do you love certain foods?  Me too... And it’s soooo hard to just have a little bit of something you love. It tastes so good we want to keep eating and eating and eating. (for me it’s cupcakes and anything chocolate-y)

What is interesting is that we often don't eat food in a way that shows we love it.

We eat it rushed...barely tasting it.

We eat distracted by Netflix or Facebook or Instagram.

We eat while multi-tasking in our home, while driving, or at the office (even in the shower...ok so I only did that once when I was running REALLY late)

So why is this a problem?

Eating this way can mess with our digestion because we don't notice how the food is affecting us.

Eating distracted often leads to eating more food than your body needs.

Eating while multi-tasking means we don't even register what we are eating so we still need more food to satisfy us...even if we are already full.

If you really love food and want to feel more satisfied after eating (so you can stop before overeating) you've got to do this one thing...

...Practice mindful eating.

I talk all about why mindful eating makes eating food way more pleasurable (so we can stop eating when we feel satisfied) in this brief Facebook live I did yesterday.  Click HERE to watch it now.

At the end of the video, I also mention my a 5-day mindful eating challenge I held a few months ago. It was pretty awesome! The challengers got to try out some of the mindful eating skills I share only in my private programs. I should probably host it again.

If you truly love food and eating and want to break free from feeling out-of-control my Freedom From Emotional Eating Formula has just what you need! It’s based on the most powerful mindful eating practices AND some other psychological tools that will rewire your brain and body to have a better relationship with food.
